Property Tax Information

Property taxes are calculated using the property assessment completed by the Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC). PVSC is responsible for the management of property assessment province-wide. PVSC values properties based on “Market Value Assessment,” with the assessment roll being updated annually. The tax rate is applied to the capped assessment value.
